Support Packages
With specialized training in breastfeeding basics and a passion for restorative care, I’m here to handle the "everything else"—from light meal prep to overnight infant care—so you can focus on bonding. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I provide a non-judgmental, steady hand to help you navigate the beautiful (and sometimes exhausting) fourth trimester. I can’t wait to support your growing family!
The "Fourth Trimester" Starter
Daytime Focus
Daytime care is all about holding the space so you can focus on healing, bonding, and easing into your new routine. Think of me as your extra pair of hands, your sounding board, and your household anchor during the busy daylight hours.
(eg., 5, 4 hour shifts)
Total Hours: 20 Hours
$800
The "Custom Comfort"
There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to the fourth trimester. Some weeks you might need evening support; other weeks you might just want someone to prep your meals and fold the laundry while you hold your baby.

Daytime 6 AM - 4 PM: $50/hour
-
Nighttime 4 PM - 11 PM: $60/hour
Minimum of 3 hours/day

The "Wind Down" Bundle
Nighttime Focus
The late afternoon and evening hours—often called the "witching hour"—can be the most stressful time of day for a new family. As fatigue sets in and dinner needs to happen, I step in to bring calm to the chaos and set your household up for a restful night.
(e.g., 4, 6-hour shifts)
Total Hours: 24 Hours
$1,200

The Connection Call
Our journey begins with a free, no-pressure one-hour consultation that can be done over the phone, virtually or in person. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, chat about your vision for your postpartum care. Think of it as a cozy coffee date where you can ask me anything!
Welcome Home Session
The first time I walk through your doors after your baby is born, my main goal is to get the lay of the land and ease you into your new reality. There is no need to clean up or play host; I am there to fit seamlessly into your world.
During this initial visit, we will:
-
Map Your Home Rhythm: I’ll learn where you keep the diapers, how your kitchen flows, and how your household operates so I can support you efficiently without you having to direct me every five minutes.
-
Assess Mom & Baby’s Immediate Needs: We’ll check in on how you are physically healing, how feeding is going, and what your body and soul need most right in that moment (whether it's a hot meal, a shower, or just a listening ear).
-
Get to Know Your Family Dynamic: Whether you have partners, older siblings, or pets, I’ll observe how everyone is adjusting and find ways to support the whole ecosystem of your home.
-
Create a Gentle Game Plan: We will figure out what tasks, schedules, or comfort measures will bring your household (and you!) the most peace over the coming weeks.
The Heart of the Fourth Trimester
Once I know the lay of the land, our regular shifts begin. This is where the heavy lifting happens, tailored completely to what your household needs on any given day or night.
For Mom: Emotional checking-in, birth processing, breast or bottle feeding support, sitz bath prep, holding the baby so you can take a guilt-free shower, nap, or hot bath.
For Baby: Gentle soothing, diapering, monitoring sleep cues, and hands-on newborn care.
For the Home: Prepping nourishing meals, keeping the kitchen spinning, washing bottles/pump parts, light housekeeping and organization, and tackling that endless mountain of baby laundry.
Spreading Your Wings
The ultimate goal of a postpartum doula is to work myself out of a job! As our time together winds down, we focus on closure and confidence. We make sure you have a solid long-term support network in place, review the incredible progress you’ve made, and celebrate your transition into a fully confident, independent family unit.
